Who We Are

Niltrax is operated by Niltech Digital Solutions Pty Ltd. Niltrax provides ticketing, client portal, email ingestion, SLA tracking, reporting and subscription management services.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as names, email addresses, company names, roles, phone numbers, billing details, login activity and support preferences.

When you use Niltrax, the platform may store ticket titles, ticket descriptions, comments, attachments, email headers, sender and recipient details, client records, department assignments, SLA activity, audit logs and reporting data.

We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, session identifiers, error logs and security events.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure and maintain the Niltrax platform.
  • Create tickets from portal forms, email replies and forwarded support emails.
  • Notify users about ticket updates, assignments, SLA events and account changes.
  • Process subscriptions, renewals, invoices and payment status through payment providers.
  • Investigate abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve workflows and maintain audit records.

Payments

Card payments and recurring subscription billing are handled by Stripe. Niltrax does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, billing contact information and subscription events so that payments, renewals, retries and invoices can be completed.

Sharing Information

We share information only where needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, protect the platform, process payments, send emails, host data or support customers. Service providers must use the information only for the purpose of delivering their service to Niltrax.

Security And Retention

We use technical and operational controls such as role-based access, authentication, encrypted transport, audit logging and restricted administrative access. We keep information while it is needed for the service, legal compliance, billing, support history, security and legitimate business records.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for billing, audit, legal or security reasons.

Client Users

If your access is provided through a supplier or parent company, that organisation controls much of the ticket and client data in your workspace. For access changes, account removal or ticket visibility questions, contact your supplier or administrator first.

Cookies And Sessions

Niltrax uses cookies and similar session technologies for login sessions, security, fraud prevention, preferences and basic analytics. Blocking cookies may prevent the platform from working correctly.
