Agreement
By using Niltrax, you agree to these terms. If you use Niltrax for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for keeping login details secure, managing user access and ensuring that users only access data they are authorised to view. Niltrax may restrict access where an account is inactive, unpaid, suspended, misused or presents a security risk.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing period and user quantity selected at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failed payments may be retried, and access may be restricted if payment remains overdue.
Free plans and trial plans may have user, client, feature, attachment, email or support limits. On-premise or one-off licences may include fixed terms, licence limits and renewal requirements.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of data submitted to Niltrax, including tickets, comments, attachments, clients and user records. You grant Niltrax permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, malicious or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass role permissions, subscription limits or licence controls.
- Do not probe, overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not use Niltrax to send spam, phishing emails or abusive communications.
Availability And Support
Niltrax is designed for reliable operation, but no service is available without interruption. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, network issues or security events may affect access. Support availability depends on your plan.
Intellectual Property
Niltrax, its software, interface, branding, workflows, reports and documentation remain the property of Niltech Digital Solutions Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or create derivative services from Niltrax without written permission.
Suspension And Termination
You may cancel your subscription according to the billing options available in the account or Stripe portal. Niltrax may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, abuse, breach of these terms or legal requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Niltrax is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business requirement. Niltech Digital Solutions Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements or business model changes. Material changes will be communicated through the site, platform or email where practical.
